Todd has been playing football since he was 5. It seems like God whispered in his ear and blessed him with all of the tools to be successful. Smart, great hands, quick feet, and a huge heart. He truly loves to play the game. I have never seen a child so focused and dedicated. He works so hard to be the best he can be, always setting goals and pushing himself. He knows God has blessed him in a special way. He is a beautiful person and excellent football player. I will never forget the first time he scored a touchdown at age 5. I asked him, "Toddy how did it feel to score your first touchdown?" He replied, "It felt like I went to Heaven!" From that day on I knew that this game was his game.
Todd has scored 178 touchdowns in his early career and hopefully he will score many more. He has been on the Principle's Honor Roll since Kindergarten and has been a great leader in school. He ran track again this year and is now a County Champion in the team 4 X 100! What a team, they were awesome together. He has kept his grades up averaging a 3.6 GPA. Todd works hard constantly in the off season to better his game and prepare himself for the future. Knowing that hard work always pays off.
Last year Todd lead the Senior Division Cardinals team to battle. It was his first year in the SR division and it was filled with fun, excitement and challenges. We had a great team, great coaching and great kids. We made it to the Championship, but lost! The kids got better each week and we had a lot of fun!!!
Todd has gotten really big, strong, fast and smart. He is now standing 6'0 and weighing 185 Has been working out at "The Athletes Advantage" in Wellington since the season ended. The coaching and instruction has been great. Coach Preston has helped Toddy get ready to compete in High School. Working on his strength, speed and agility. We have made the decision to attend Royal Palm Beach High School next year and compete as a freshman for the starting QB position. He is looking forward to the challenge and competition. He has very high expectations for himself and his new team. He will work hard at being a leader on and off the field and he is excited to play with the older kids and represent his school.
Hopefully he will have a blessed, healthy and successful season in 2013.
